Personal Freedom – What does that mean to you? For a lot of us it means that we get to choose where we live, where we work, the people we hang out with, the kind of car we drive, how much we (do or do not) exercise, the amount of money we make. The list goes on and on.
One of the things that comes up for me when I think about Personal Freedom is the right to invest in myself to create the best version of Deb Bennett that I can. Personal Development is a key factor in knowing yourself better and growing into the person you want to become. Do you invest in yourself? What about new skills or advanced classes on skills and processes that you may already know? That’s Personal Development.
Any course or training that brings out the best in you and helps you grow is helping to develop your strengths and increase your value. You become more valuable to yourself, to your family, your employer, and even in your business.
It’s MOJO Monday and I am including Personal Development because when you improve your skill level, your self-awareness, or learn new things, your self-confidence level increases. When that happens, you stand tall and begin to KNOW that you can accomplish anything that you want to. When you start accomplishing your goals. you see things happen and your dreams begin to manifest right before your eyes.
Do you know what happens next? You become motivated to continue taking action. To continue making things happen. It bubbles up from the inside and the energy is full on. That’s why you want to be the best you that you can be. You come alive. You do things. You achieve your goals. You. Live. Life…YOUR LIFE.
We will be talking about Personal Freedom and what it means for several days this week. Think about what it means to you and then leave me a comment. I would like to know more about what it means to you.
Short and sweet today. Remember this:
Believe in yourself.
Do the work.
Are you willing to invest in YOU to grow and improve your skills? It can change your life.
See you next time,
