Are you happy? You see, for me, being happy is just the way to be. It is the way I wake up each morning and the way I go to sleep each night. It is a state of mind that I live in…by choice.

Not only for the person receiving…but for the person giving as well. If you typically do “kind” things, I encourage you to double the number of kind acts that you do in a single day. I don’t know about you, but this option works every time. I don’t even have to be the one dancing, just watching someone dance causes me to feel good, to smile, and that happiness needle pings the top of the chart. Just dance!
